2. Submitting a DMCA Notice

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed (or access was disabled) as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under the DMCA. To be valid, a counter-notice must include the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area (or where your service provider is located), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the DMCA notice.

4. Repeat Infringers

We may terminate, in appropriate circumstances, access for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
